Sauteed Zucchini with Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar . . .Kevin, Levittown, PA

Last weekend I was at the Sugarloaf Craft Festival in Oaks, PA.

Kevin from Levittown, PA shared with me that he had had sauteed zucchini and they finished it with Vanilla Fig Balsamic Vinegar.  So of course I ran out to get zucchini’s.  They’re a little pricey for some reason but I must give this a taste!
