Use as a rub or a finishing salt on your favorite foods. Uust a pinch is all you need. I added a pinch to a pint of Greek Yogart and it made a wonderful chip and veggie dip. A lot less calories then your normal sour cream dips. Try adding a little Sorrento Lemon Olive Oil and then coat your fish with it . . .delicious! Cod and flounder worked well.
I did another variation of the above using White Balsamic Vinegar, a smaller amount of greek yogart, Meyer Lemon Olive Oil and whisked it together . . . .drizzled over organic cucumber slices and carrots. YUM!
Great on fish, chicken, vegetables, rice or pasta.
